Asthma Made Simple allows you to track your asthma, by committing to a number of commitments, either daily or weekly you can monitor your progress and ultimately take control of your asthma.
The app includes a 6 simple elements guide. Using these simple elements will help you improve your asthma and put you back in control. It also includes a comprehensive video guide on the use of your inhaler(s) and the techniques to use them correctly.
